PathcoreFlow has long included hierarchical storage management with automatic tiering. PathcoreFlow v5.0 goes further, putting you in control of your data's lifecycle. In an industry first, it’s now possible to archive and retrieve data at a click of a button on your own timing and terms — trigger cost savings earlier, without waiting on cloud engineers or renewal cycles.

Find anything, from anywhere
Search has been completely redesigned into a single, unified system that works consistently across your Repository, folder views, and the viewer. A new global search in the top bar lets you find images, folders, and items from any location — without leaving what you're working on.
- Quick filters let you build complex queries with fewer clicks — and save them to reuse across the Repository and viewer.
- In-folder search filters on any custom or system field, so you can locate files in large studies by name, modified time, or metadata.
- A more powerful query builder searches across the Repository, trash, and unsorted uploads in one place.
Enterprise-grade security and control
PathcoreFlow v5.0 strengthens Pathcore's security posture with capabilities that security-conscious organizations have asked for: optional two-factor authentication, configurable idle-session timeouts, administrator-controlled concurrent session limits, and continuous automated vulnerability scanning across our application containers, code, and SaaS environments.
Finer-grained permissions get even better and give administrators precise control over access to protected information and annotations — particularly valuable for blinded studies and team offboarding.
